Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and maintains all original tags and blouse pieces intact for a successful verification.
Secure Packaging
Place the saree back in its original packaging along with the invoice and seal it securely to prevent damage during transit.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the parcel, and your refund or exchange will be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
