What types of silk do you use in your sarees?
We specialize in authentic Kanchipuram silk, Banarasi silk, and lightweight Tussar. All our premium sarees come with a Silk Mark certification to ensure 100% purity.
How long does shipping take within India and internationally?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please allow 12-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer blouse stitching and fall/pico services?
Yes, we offer custom blouse stitching and fall/pico services for an additional fee. You can select these options on the product page before adding the saree to your cart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused sarees in their original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as those with stitched blouses, are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my silk saree?
To maintain the luster and longevity of your saree, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth to prevent zari tarnishing.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and different screen settings, a slight variation of 5-10% in shade may occur.
